Sahar Abdul-Aziz Aloumi - Founder & CEO -Clinical Hypnotherapist - Positive Psychology Coach - Professional Certified Trainer

Sahar Abdul-Aziz Aloumi is the Chief Executive Officer of Positive Psychology and Self Development Center  - a young and visionary organisation dedicated to nurturing and building human potential through character building. 

Sahar’s illustrious track record demonstrates an unrelenting quest for excellence. Starting her career with Saudi American Bank (SAMBA) in Riyadh, Sahar acquired first-hand experience of being a market leader, known for innovation and stewardship in a fiercely competitive industry.

During her stint in the Saudi Kingdom, Sahar’s interpersonal skills and diplomatic finesse came to the fore as the Executive Office Manager for HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Al Saud. Her job profile involved direct interaction with diplomats, decisions makers and top level corporate executives from all over the world.

The commitment to empower youth and play a part in building the future of nations led Sahar to assume the position of a senior manager for regional membership development at Young Arab Leaders (YAL) organisation in the UAE. Her career was propelled to new heights two years later, as she took charge as a senior manager in the marketing divisions of Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world.

Sahar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration Science from King Saud University in Riyadh, KSA. She has been groomed into a certified Professional Trainer by Dr. Abdul Mehsen  and Dr. Abdulakader Aladaky at the Canadian Global Academy.

In order to help people overcome life’s challenges and realise their full potential, Sahar is an accredited Positive Psychology Coach. Further to this Sahar is trained as an advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist at the California Hypnosis Institute by Dr. Yuvraj Kapadia in India.

She is also a Theta healer practitioner certified by the Institute of Knowledge, USA.

Sahar’s expertise and skills range from finance, business development and relationship management to building character and shaping personalities. Her course "How to say NO" has received critical acclaim. Sahar also offers one-to-one private coaching sessions to select clients when she is not busy finding new ways to make the world better.
